Jeanna had to deal with multiple family members when finding a home for my mother after my fathers death. She was excellent at communicating with all of us and even navigating through some unusual details involving the sale. I was very happy with her availability and quick responses.

We know Jeanna personally and knew her sales record. We chose her because we trusted her. More than any other reason, her ability to remain a calm and articulate negotiator were the primary reasons we wanted Jeanna to represent us.

I sold real estate in a different state for over 15 years. My husband and I are contractors. I'm not sure there is a more difficult client than that combination!

I was tough and demanding. Jeanna remained calm and cool and talked me down on many occasions. There is no doubt in my mind without Jeanna, our sale wouldn't make it to closing.

Although it's an easy market to sell, our home was quite unusual and unique. It required a buyer that wanted what we had- 2 homes, a huge wood shop, a barn and acreage, all close to town. Marketing our home on the MLS was our best strategy to sell quickly. Jeanna didn't miss a beat and included every detail about the property to alert other realtors that this rare opportunity was on the market.

Negotiation of the sales contract was easy, but keeping the deal together though inspections and deadlines took some work. Jeanna handled us and the selling realtor with ease. A lot of complicated issues came up that easily could have ended the contract. Jeanna calmly handled everything and kept everyone on track.

Was the commission worth the service and end result? 100% yes! It was the first deal I was not the realtor and it was difficult to let go and let Jeanna do her thing. With my prior experience, why would I pay commission? The bottom line is we didn't have to do or worry about a thing. Not a showing, inspection, deadline, issue... nothing. In reality, her attention to detail saved us thousands of dollars. She caught things that slipped right by me and my husband.

Jeanna is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. She's down-to-earth and casual yet super professional, timely, polite and communicates clearly. She helped us feel comfortable during the whole process, really took her time with us being first-time homebuyers and explained everything in detail when we needed it. She made things so easy for us and we 100% will use her again if we need to sell/buy another home. I could not recommend Jeanna more highly. She's the best.

Her thoroughness and confidence during the whole process gave us great piece of mind and confidence during selling, searching and buying. And She's a dog mom so obviously she's a great person!!!
